COOLANT SYSTEMS
Magneforce Heat Station induction heaters require water
cooling in order to remove the heat generated by electrical losses in the heating system, in particular losses due to the very high amperage present in the induction coil. Magneforce offers Dynaflux water recirculators which utilize rotary vane pumps capable of producing water pressure up to 99 psi
and fan cooled radiators for heat removal. Dynaflux recirculators work well for most installations where the ambient temperature is less than 95F. The size and coolant capacity required is dependent on the power output of the induction power supply used, the material being heated and the duty cycle required.

The Dynaflux ProCool 2 is recomended for use with HS2500R2 and HS2500R2C power supplies
with light duty cycle.
