Some of the common accessories used with Magneforce heating systems are shown below. A complete list of parts and current pricing is provided in the RESOURCES section.
Heat Station Induction Heater Accessories
72250 - Power Control Footpedal
The power control footpedal allows the operator to turn on heating and modulate the heating power by pushing up or down on the pedal. It is used with the HS2500R2 and HS5000R2 induction heaters and plugs into the remote jack on the side of the unit with a 6' long cable.
76200 - On/Off Pushbutton Station
The on/off pushbutton station is used to turn on the digital timer and start or stop heating using the HS2500R2C or HS5000R2C induction heater. It plugs into the remote jack on the side of the unit with a 6' long cable. It can also be used to turn on or off the heating cycle using the 76150 Timer/Power Control Station.
76120 - Twin On/Off Footswitch
The twin on/off footpedal is used to turn on the digital timer and start or stop heating using the HS2500R2C or HS5000R2C induction heater and enables hands free operation. It plugs into the remote jack on the side of the unit with a 6' long cable. It can also be used to turn on or off the heating cycle using the 76150 Timer/Power Control Station.
76260 - 9 wire Control Cable
The 9 wire control cable is used to turn heating on and off with user supplied controls such as a PLC or limit switch. It also enables the user to control heating power using a 0-10Vdc signal and provides a DV voltage output signal to verify the actual heating power. It is 6' long and plugs into the side of the remote jack for all HS2500R2 and HS5000R2 units.
76150 - Remote Timer/Power Control
The timer power control unit can be used to control the cylce time and heating power remotely using the HS2500R2 or HS5000R2 heaters. It includes a digital multifunction timer and a precision 2 digit pushbutton power control potentiometer for precise control of the heating. It is actuated using the twin footpedal or on/off pushbutton station.
76250 - Standard Footswitch
The standard footswitch can be used with the HS2500R2 or HS5000R2 heaters. When the footswitch is depressed, heating will turn on at the power level set on the R2 control panel. When released, heating will stop. It connects to the remote jack on the induction heater using a 6' long cable.
Magne AC3 Accessories
75260 - Magne AC3 Timer Module
This basic timer module enables on/off timed operation of the Magne AC3 air cooled heater. It includes an easily set digital timer with large LED display and
Start/Stop pushbuttons. Included with the timer is a cable for connection to the AC3 unit and a remote start cable.
76240 - Magne AC3 4 wire Control Cable
The standard control cable used with the Magne AC3 heater. The cable is 6' long and includes basic heat on and also
a 0 to 5V DC output that is proportional to heating power for cycle verification.
75320 - Magne AC3 Heating Head
Heating head for the Magne AC3 heater. The head plugs into the power jack on the front of the heater and includes a 3/16 ID hose barb for cooling air input if required. It is available in 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" ID. Used primarily for threaded insert heating.
75290 -Magne AC3 Head Liner
This replaceable liner fits into the ID of the Magne heating head to provide protection against wear and abrasion. It is available to
fit 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" head sizes. The liner comes in packs of 3.
Coolant System Accessories
78665 - Defense 927 Coolant
Defense 927 coolant is the recommended coolant for use with Dynaflux coolant recirculators. It consists of 75% deionized water and 25% water white ethylene glycol to help prevent corrosion of metal parts in the cooling circuit.
Sold in cases of 4 gallons.
78600 - Coolant Filter Assembly
A filter is recommended for use with all Magneforce HS units to help prevent accumulation of sediment in the coolant circuit. This 78600 filter includes a 5 micron sediment filter cartridge and is supplied with all fittings required for installation with a HS2500R2 or HS5000R2 induction heater.
Defense 927 coolant is the recommended coolant for use with Dynaflux coolant recirculators. It consists of 75% deionized water and 25% water white ethylene glycol to help prevent corrosion of metal parts in the cooling circuit.

78200 - Procon P1100 Pump
This is the replacement Procon pump used in the ProCool 2 and R1100V coolant systems. It is a rotary vane pump preset for an output pressure of 99 psi. The pump includes an internal filter strainer and pressure adjustment.
78620 - Coolant Filter Cartridge
Replacement 5 micron filter cartridge for use with the 78600 coolant filter assembly.
78430 - M3000 Motor
The M3000 motor is used in the Dynaflux ProCool2 and R1100V coolant recirculators. This motor connects directly to the pump on the front end of the shaft and to the fan on the back end. It is rated at 1/3HP 50/60Hz and is available as 115V or 230V.
78650 - Lubricist Coolant Additive
This coolant additive provides pump lubrication and acts as an algacide
to help prolong the life of the coolant system pump. One bottle treats 3 gallons of water.
