HS2500R2 Standard Control Panel
The HS2500R2 standard panel includes basic system status LED's, a 3 digit LED display of power output while heating and a potentiometer to set heating power. Heating on and off is accomplished by user supplied controls connected to the power supply via a 6' long control cable. This cable also enables pickup of a 0-2.5V DC signal to verify that the system is heating properly and a SPDT relay output energized when the system is heating. It also allows the user to control the heating power by applying a 0-10Vdc signal from a PLC, temp controller, etc. A selector switch located on the control circuit board inside the unit must be set to choose the desired power control source.

HS2500R2C Dual Timer Control Panel
The HS2500R2C Dual Timer control panel includes 2 digital timers with large LED displays. The timers are easy to use and can be set to tenths of a second from 0-999.9s. Each timer is paired with a power control knob to enable use of two heating levels in a cycle. For example, a part can be heated rapidly at full power and once it gets to the desired temperature the second timer will automatically activate at a lower power level to hold the part at temp for the desired time.
The panel also includes LED status lights, a 3 digit KW output display that shows the current heating power and START and STOP pushbuttons. A remote START/STOP actuator can also be used if preferred by selecting REM ON and plugging the actuator into the remote jack on the side of the power supply.
