HEAT STATION 2500 R2 & 2500 R2C

The Heat Station 2500 R2 and Heat Station 2500 R2C are 2.5 kW induction heaters with an included remote output transformer attached to the power supply by means of a 6-foot flexible conduit. This conduit carries power and water cooling. These medium frequency induction heaters operate in the 20-50 kHz range and provide fast and precise heating for soldering, brazing, heat staking, and shrink fitting applications. The 2500 R2 is designed for manual controls such as foot pedals, PLC input, or other customer supplied controls. The 2500 R2C has on board time and power controls built in and a control jack for remote start and stop operators. The unit operates on 208-240-volt AC power. The heating coil is attached by screws to a terminal block on the front of the remote transformer which incorporates O ring sealed water paths to supply cooling water to the coil. Output transformer coil combinations are available which allow the machine to be used for a range of part sizes and heating requirements.
