Power Supplies  Convert line frequency power to a controlled high frequency output suitable for induction heating.
Inductors (Coils) work in coordination with the power supply to create a shaped magnetic field which links with the workplace to achieve the required heat pattern. Inductors are available as step down transformers with matching heating coils, or custom multi-turm coil assemblies.
Controls instructs the power supply to turn power on and off, set power levels, provide heating profiles or recipes, monitor and record the process parameters. Standard control types use a universal connector jack. A programmable control system as well as cables for direct connection to a PLC are available.
Accessories include water recirculators, fume exhausters, solder feeders, optical pyrometers, brazing alloys, spare parts.

Direct from the source:  Magneforce equipment is sold directly from our shop in Warren, Ohio, USA.  Direct sale helps to assure that the equipment is properly applied and provides the best overall value to our customers.  Heat Stations are all shipped by UPS or similar package services.

We will run sample parts to verify cycle times and heating parameters at no charge.

Technical support: A User's Guide is included with each Heat Station System which covers set up, operation and trouble shooting. In addition, our service department is available to answer questions by email or telephone.  Repairs, when required, are typically turned around in one to two working days, and spare parts are kept in stock.
