Front Panel Control (Standard on 2500RC and 5000RC)

Heat Station RC power supplies are equipped with a front panel control which allow the operator to set two heating times and two power levels per cycle. Heating times are set digitally and and two, four digit LED readouts display time set and count down when the cycle is initiated.  Power levels for each timed period are set with potentiometers.  A third, three digit, LED readout displays actual power.  The REM switch allows changeover to a remote operator for on and off control.  A potentiometer access port is provided to calibrate the load detection circuit which prevents operation without a part in place. This same circuit  can act as a part sensor in many operations.
