Heating coils designed for the job. New and replacement coils of all shapes and sizes.

COILS & TRANSFORMERS  set up a magnetic field shaped to provide the required heat pattern. Coils are custom designed for each job based on discussions with the customer.  Each coil is given a unique serial number for customer reference.
Standard coils are available in solenoid, channel or concentric types with high temperature alumina ceramic coatings.
 
Transformer and matching heating coil is the most often used inductor type. Different heating jobs require only a coil change. Transformers feature plated terminals with O ring seal water ports and helicoil inserts for mounting of water cooled heating coils.

 Stand alone multi turn heating coils:

Inductor encased in refractory board designed to heat a rotating steel face on a friction material test stand. Flat wound air cooled coil with ferrite concentrators for induction "hot plate." Solenoid coil with ceramic liner for heating of stainless nuts in a coating process. Slot type coil with refractory liner for use in heating steel plates as powder coat test specimens.
