Heat Station induction heaters provide a precise, electronic based method to brazing, soldering, heat treating (harden, tempering, anneal), shrink fitting, melt, weld, and forging.  Our induction heaters can be used for process heating applications including cap sealing,  drying or curing adhesives and coatings, preheat  for powder coating,  preheat of metals prior to rubber molding, catheter tipping , mold heating, and heating inserts, staking tools, and handles for plastic insertion/reflow.
