Heat Station 1500 B is a 1.5 KW induction heater which operates in the 20 to 50 Khz frequency range. This medium frequency system is useful in a wide variety of induction heating applications.  The unit is designed as acompact benchtop unit with built in output transformer. The  heating head  (coil or inductor) is attached by screws to a terminal block on the front of the power supply which incorporates o ring seals to supply cooling water to the head.  The heating head is always cool to the touch.  Only the part to be heated gets hot.  A standard test coil is shipped with the unit .  A PLC connection cable is included.  Manual controls are sold separately as accessory items. The unit is shown with a standard push button station and timer/power control unit.
