Heat Station 2500 R is a 2.5 KW induction heater which operates in the 20 to 50 Khz frequency range. This medium frequency system is useful in a wide variety of induction heating applications.  The unit is designed so that all components are readily accessible. The output head is attached to the power supply with a six foot long (extra length as required) flexible conduit which carries power cables and water cooling lines. The output head is a step down transformer  with the  heating head  (coil or inductor) attached by screws to a terminal block which incorporates o ring seals to supply cooling water to the head.  The heating head is always cool to the ttouch.  Only the part to be heated gets hot. The Heat Staion 2500 R is shpped as a power supply with the transformer attached.  A standard test coil is shipped with the unit .  A PLC connection cable is included.  Manual controls are sold separately as accessory items.
